Remote/restricted areas may take longer (shown at checkout).

Special handling items (e.g., select auto parts, jewellery) will have timelines stated at purchase.

Shipping Charges
Calculated at checkout by order value, location, and method.

Free shipping available on qualifying orders (see website offers).

Tracking
Tracking link sent via email/SMS after dispatch.

Orders can also be tracked in your account dashboard or Order Tracking page.

Partial Shipments
Multi-item orders may ship separately; each package has its own tracking link.

Delivery Issues
Not responsible for delays beyond our control (courier, weather, checks).

Incorrect addresses may incur re-shipping charges.

Restrictions
No delivery to P.O. boxes, army postal addresses, or restricted pin codes.

International shipping subject to customs/import fees payable by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Parcels
Refuse visibly damaged packages and inform support.
