Cancellation Policy
1. Customer Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch via your account or Customer Support (provide Order ID).
Once dispatched, cancellation isn’t possible — refer to our Returns & Refund Policy instead.
2. Refunds
Pre-dispatch cancellations: Refund to original payment method within 5–7 business days.
COD orders: Refund via bank transfer after verification.
Discounts/vouchers used will not be reinstated unless stated otherwise.
3. Store-Initiated Cancellations
Possible due to stock unavailability, pricing/technical errors, legal compliance issues, or payment failures.
You’ll be notified via email/SMS and a full refund will be processed.
4. Non-Cancellable Items
Custom/personalized products (e.g., bespoke jewellery, tailored apparel)
Brand-direct or special import items (e.g., select auto parts, jewellery)
Items marked “Non-Cancellable” at purchase
5. Services
Installation/service cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Once service starts, cancellations may be denied or follow provider terms.
6. How to Cancel
Log in → My Orders → Select order → Cancel Order
If eligible, cancellation confirmation will be sent via email/SMS.
